Ho'olālā

Man no one told me Texas got cold. Man, I was freezing this past week. Wearing long sleeve shirts and a sweater and I was still cold. My companion is from Canada and he said it was colder in Texas than where he is from. It was awful. I missed the 100 degree weather. Not really.

Last week we talked about love and there is so much to say about love but I'm gonna focus on the 2 greatest commandments. (Matthew 22:37-39) Love the Lord thy God and love thy neighbor. There is a reason we must love the Lord first. When we love God we are able to feel his love for us. When we feel his love we want to share that love with others. Lehi in the tree of life vision wanted his family to partake of the fruit. The fruit is the love of God and what I just said when we partake of it we want others to partake of it as well. Love is something we all need to master. Now charity if someone wants to know what I think about charity, that’s a side convo.
This week we talked a lot about planning. I invite y’all to read Alma 50 and see how much planning is involved and we'll discuss next week.

I love y’all and I hope everyday you feel the Lord's love because he does love each and everyone of us. There are 2 things I know for sure. I know Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ love us and I know that the atonement was performed for each one of us individually.

Hope your week is lovely and you plan a little bit.
